7-day first-payment refund
Monthly and annual memberships qualify for a full refund when you request it within 7 calendar days of your first subscription payment. Email support@xer360.com from your account email to request a refund.
Renewal payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Canceling in your profile stops future renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends; it does not request a refund. A full refund ends the paid subscription and its paid access once processed. Refund requests are handled by support, not automatically.

My Profile shows your paid-through date, renewal status, and billing details.

Open Billing & invoices in your profile to manage payment details securely.
