Protected XER360 material
XER360 reserves rights in its original software, website text, graphics, branding and other protected material. Proprietary analysis code is licensed for use through the service; access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy the engine. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Permitted use
You may use the service under the Terms of use, retain your own input data and download and share reports generated from schedules you are authorized to use. Ordinary browser caching and copies required for lawful use are permitted. Do not present XER360’s software or original website material as your own.
Copying and redistribution
Unless we authorize it in writing or applicable law permits it, you must not reproduce substantial protected parts of the website or software, distribute a copied or modified XER360 application, sell access to the service, or remove copyright and attribution notices. This notice does not claim exclusive rights in public scheduling formulas, methods, facts or general ideas, and does not restrict lawful independent development.
Branding and third-party rights
Do not use the XER360 name or logo in a way that suggests authorization, partnership or endorsement without permission. Oracle and Primavera P6 names and marks belong to their respective owners. XER360 is an independent service. No registered trademark status is claimed by this notice.
Permissions and infringement reports
Email support@xer360.com with the material involved, its original location, the suspected copied location, your relationship to the rights owner, contact details and supporting evidence. We will review the report and may request clarification. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or confidential schedules.
